The best way to ground and immerse yourself in all the world has to offer is to begin your days disconnected from screens. In an age where we are likely to interact with smart phones, computers and tablets an average of ten hours per day, it is important to routinely re-center yourself by engaging in activities outside of your cellphone. An easy way to unplug is to spend the first hour of every morning completely screen free. This energizing habit will allow you to plan your day without the threat of distraction that technology routinely brings.
